Joe is quite a gorgeous little man.  He is very sweet and loving.  Loves to give doggie kisses and snuggle.  Sleeps in bed with his foster mommy.  Just about the perfect lap dog.  He needs a home without little kids.  They make him very nervous.  He may have been mistreated by a young child in the past.  He has had surgery on a collapsed trachea so he has a hourse little bark.   His tail was amputated because he chewed on it until it was bloody.  When he was surrendered, the previous owners said that he still chewed on the stump and they couldn't get him to stop.  It was very bloody.  In the three months that he has been in his foster home it has completely healed.  We believe that the chewing was stress related.  The previous owner had little kids.
